MBBS Resident Medical Officer – Rotational Shifts

About the role

The Multi‑Speciality Hospital in Parel, Mumbai is seeking a freshly qualified MBBS doctor to join as a Resident Medical Officer (RMO). The role involves providing clinical care across OPD, IPD and Emergency departments while working under senior consultants.

Key responsibilities

• Manage OPD, IPD and Emergency patients under consultant supervision.
• Assess, diagnose and initiate treatment for admitted and emergency cases.
• Participate in ward rounds, monitor patient progress and update case sheets.
• Handle medical emergencies promptly and ensure patient safety.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and coordinate with nursing and allied health staff.
• Adhere to hospital protocols, infection‑control measures and ethical standards.

Required profile

• MBBS degree from a recognized medical college.
• Active registration with the Maharashtra Medical Council (MMC) is mandatory.
• Fresh graduates are welcome; recent MBBS graduates are encouraged to apply.
• Willingness to work rotational shifts and learn in a multidisciplinary environment.
