Medical Laboratory Technician

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Medical Laboratory Technician to join our blood banking team in the Mumbai Metropolitan Region. The role involves performing routine and specialized laboratory tests, ensuring accurate results that support patient care.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct routine and specialized blood banking tests, including sample collection, preparation, and analysis.
• Operate, calibrate, and maintain laboratory equipment while adhering to quality‑control procedures.
• Document test results accurately and follow standard operating procedures.
• Support senior laboratory staff, comply with safety and regulatory guidelines, and assist with inventory management of reagents and supplies.
• Collaborate with clinical teams to deliver timely and reliable test reports.

Required profile

• Diploma or degree in Medical Laboratory Technology or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Relevant certification or registration as per local regulatory requirements (preferred).
• Attention to detail, ability to follow protocols, and strong organizational and communication skills.
• Prior experience in a clinical laboratory setting is an advantage.
