MBBS Doctor (RMO) – Rotational Shifts, Dehradun

About the role

The hospital in Dehradun is seeking a qualified MBBS doctor to work as a Resident Medical Officer (RMO) on a rotational shift basis. The role involves delivering both outpatient and inpatient care, supporting consultants, and ensuring patient safety across three daily shifts.

Key responsibilities

• Provide OPD and IPD patient care, including basic medical management.
• Monitor admitted patients, maintain treatment charts, and update medical records.
• Assist senior consultants during rounds, procedures, and minor emergencies.
• Coordinate with nursing staff and other hospital teams to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow hospital protocols, maintain documentation, and uphold patient safety standards.

Required profile

• MBBS degree with a valid registration with NMC or the State Medical Council.
• 1–5 years of clinical experience preferred; fresh graduates are also welcome.
• Willingness to work flexible rotational shifts, including night duty.
• Immediate availability or as per candidate’s notice period.

Required skills
