Master Data Associate Analyst (GB/G)

About the role

The Master Data Business Partner Analyst is responsible for creating and modifying customer, supplier and bank master data for LATAM and North America regions, ensuring data quality and compliance with internal controls.

Key responsibilities

• Validate and perform quality checks on master‑data creation and modification requests.
• Prevent fraud exposure by confirming that requests meet control and documentation requirements.
• Execute mass‑change requests in line with internal policies.
• Support local, regional and global projects through meetings, reporting and stakeholder communication.
• Prepare presentations, test data changes, maintain documentation and deliver user training.

Required profile

• Professional qualification in Finance (B.Com, CA, CPA, MBA or related Master’s degree).
• 3‑5 years of experience in master‑data maintenance, procurement, credit or finance operations.
• Understanding of customer, supplier and bank master‑data processes, data‑quality controls and fraud‑risk prevention.
• Ability to work under guidance and collaborate with team leads.

Required skills

• Intermediate knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
• Exposure to SAP or another ERP system (preferred).
• Advanced Spanish, intermediate English and basic Portuguese proficiency.
