Marketing Executive – Digital & Performance Marketing

About the role

We are looking for a results‑driven Marketing Executive to drive brand awareness, lead generation and customer acquisition for AyurAI’s clinics, products and digital health solutions across PAN India. The role involves planning and executing integrated marketing campaigns for our wellness programs and technology offerings.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and execute marketing campaigns for clinics, products and wellness programs.
• Drive online consultations, clinic appointments, product enquiries and qualified leads.
• Promote key offerings such as AIWell App, CGM, Gut Microbiome Kit, kiosks and other healthcare solutions.
• Manage and optimise Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Maintain and analyse performance using GA4, Google Business Profile and Google Search Console.
• Develop and execute SEO and social‑media marketing strategies.
• Create location‑specific campaigns for existing and upcoming clinic centres.
• Track and optimise leads, conversions, CPL, CAC and campaign ROI.
• Collaborate with clinical, product, sales, creative and content teams.
• Identify new channels to increase brand reach and patient acquisition.

Required profile

• 3+ years of hands‑on experience in digital/performance marketing.
• Strong expertise in SEO, SMM, Google Ads, Meta Ads and LinkedIn Ads.
• Experience managing GA4, Google Business Profile and Google Search Console for performance tracking and local visibility.
• Proven track record in lead generation, product marketing and conversion optimisation.
• Experience in healthcare, Ayurveda or HealthTech is an added advantage.
