Public Relations Executive

About the role

Indexnation is seeking a full‑time Public Relations Executive to join its Gurugram office. You will be responsible for crafting compelling communications that strengthen brand‑audience connections and enhance visibility for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Draft press releases, media notes and other PR collateral.
• Coordinate with media outlets and nurture relationships with journalists and influencers.
• Monitor media coverage, prepare performance reports and identify opportunities for positive exposure.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to align communication strategies with client objectives.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills with the ability to produce clear, engaging PR materials.
• Proven ability to build and maintain professional relationships with media, influencers and other stakeholders.
• Professional demeanor, strong interpersonal skills and teamwork orientation.
• Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, Journalism or a related field (preferred).
• Prior experience or internships in PR, communications or media, especially in agency or client‑facing environments (advantageous).
