Community and Outreach Manager

About the role

The Community and Outreach Manager will act as the bridge between Konma Iqon’s multiple brands and their audiences, partners and communities. This hybrid role combines relationship building, outreach planning, and social media management to grow brand presence across diverse sectors.

Key responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with communities, customers, creators, partners and relevant organisations.
• Plan and execute outreach initiatives across multiple brands handled by Konma Iqon.
• Identify and pursue potential partnerships, collaborations, events and community opportunities.
• Coordinate outreach communications through email, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, calls and other channels, and manage follow‑ups.
• Support PR activities, brand launches, campaigns, activations and events, representing Konma professionally.
• Manage social media pages for several brands, maintain content calendars and publish posts, stories and reels.
• Monitor comments, messages and audience interactions, engage with relevant communities and track basic performance metrics.
• Maintain organised records of contacts, partnerships and outreach activities and provide regular updates.

Required profile

• Confident written and spoken English communication.
• Comfortable initiating conversations with new people and representing brands externally.
• Organised, consistent with follow‑ups and able to manage multiple brands and priorities simultaneously.
• Curious, quick to understand different businesses and audiences, and takes ownership of tasks.
• Willingness to attend events, meetings and represent brands when required.
