Market Director – Revenue Management

About the role
The Market Director Revenue Management will lead pricing, positioning and inventory strategies for all hotels in the market. Reporting to the Market VP, this senior role balances financial objectives across lodging products to maximise total revenue.
Key responsibilities
- Analyse revenue data, generate timely reports and presentations for stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate reservation system information and support cluster selling initiatives.
- Identify trends, forecast demand and develop pricing strategies for transient and other segments.
- Collaborate with General Managers, sales leaders, franchisees and owners to align hotel strategies with brand initiatives.
- Lead revenue management projects, provide functional expertise and contribute to market‑wide sales strategy.
Required profile
- 2‑year degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, Hotel Management or related field plus 1 year relevant experience, OR a 4‑year bachelor’s degree with no experience required.
- Strong analytical abilities and experience in revenue management, sales or marketing preferred.
