Machine Operator

About the role

We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our manufacturing team at Oerlikon in Aurangabad. The role involves handling fixtures, preparing batches, and operating cleaning and supporting equipment to ensure smooth production flow.

Key responsibilities

• Set up, de‑fixture and maintain fixtures according to standards.
• Prepare and exchange batches, operate cleaning machines and other process equipment.
• Inspect fixtures before use to guarantee correct quality and specification.
• Follow QMS, EMS and internal operation standards; report issues to shift leader and quality engineer.
• Document and deliver parts for the next process, ensuring proper identification such as lot numbers.
• Enforce safety requirements and promote HSE, 5S and OOE practices.
• Support failure analysis and implement preventive and corrective actions for internal and external complaints.

Required profile

• University degree, diploma, ITI or 12th in science/engineering.
• Fresh graduates or candidates with experience in mechanical/service industry, cutting or forming tools, or automotive background.
• Customer‑oriented mindset with strong problem‑solving abilities.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications.
• Basic computer literacy.
