Loss Prevention Executive

About the role

The Loss Prevention Executive is responsible for safeguarding the property, guests, and employees by monitoring security systems, conducting inspections, and responding to emergencies. This role ensures a safe environment while supporting the overall guest experience.

Key responsibilities

• Patrol all areas of the property and secure rooms.
• Monitor CCTV and alarm systems, authorising and documenting access to restricted areas.
• Conduct emergency response drills, safety inspections, investigations and key‑control audits.
• Provide first aid/CPR, contact EMS, and manage accident reports.
• Defuse disturbances, escort unwelcome persons and enforce alcoholic beverage control laws.
• Maintain confidentiality of reports and proprietary information.
• Assist in training, coaching and motivating security staff.
• Respond to guest and employee emergencies, offering assistance and clear communication.

Required profile

• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow security protocols.
• Excellent communication skills and professional demeanor.
• Physical fitness to walk, run or stand for extended periods.
• Ability to lift and move objects up to 50 kg unaided and heavier items with assistance.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including nights and weekends.
