Litigation IP Lawyer – 2-4 Years Experience (Delhi)

About the role

Sagar Chandra & Associates, a boutique Intellectual Property law firm, is seeking a Litigation Associate to join its IP litigation team in New Delhi. The role focuses on handling IP disputes for clients across India and internationally. Candidates should have 2‑4 years of post‑qualification experience in IP litigation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage and prosecute intellectual property litigation matters from inception to resolution.
• Draft pleadings, statements, affidavits, and other court documents.
• Conduct legal research and analysis on IP law and related jurisprudence.
• Represent clients before courts, tribunals and other dispute resolution forums.
• Coordinate with senior partners, external counsel and clients on case strategy.
• Assist in client counseling and preparation of evidentiary materials.

Required profile

• 2‑4 years of post‑qualification litigation experience in Intellectual Property law.
• Law degree with active bar registration.
• Experience in the media and entertainment sector is preferred.
• Strong analytical, drafting and communication skills.

• Proficiency in litigation procedures and court practice.
