Litigation Associate

About the role

Gurinder & Partners is seeking a Litigation Associate to support civil and criminal litigation, arbitration, and commercial advisory matters. The role provides direct exposure to court practice, client strategy, drafting, and dispute resolution within a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Appear before courts, tribunals, and other forums across Delhi NCR.
• Draft pleadings, applications, notices, agreements, and legal opinions.
• Assist in developing litigation strategy, handling arbitration matters, and providing client advisory support.
• Conduct legal research and prepare case files.
• Maintain client coordination and support the firm’s professional communication initiatives.

Required profile

• LL.B. degree (3‑year or 5‑year) from a reputable university with a strong academic record.
• 3–5 years post‑qualification experience in civil and commercial litigation, preferably in Delhi NCR.
• Strong drafting, research, communication, and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to actively engage with court procedures, filings, and regular appearances.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced litigation environment.
