About the role
Lead the development and implementation of lime concrete and lime mortar technology for the monument at MAMAT Heritage & Cultural Theme Park, ensuring high-quality, durable construction.
Key responsibilities
- Develop lime mortar formulations.
- Develop lime concrete formulations.
- Establish raw-material specifications.
- Conduct trial mixes and establish testing procedures.
- Develop site production methodology and curing/maturation procedures.
- Train construction teams and monitor batch quality.
- Coordinate laboratory testing and maintain quality records.
Required profile
- 10+ years of experience in civil, materials, conservation or heritage-related fields.
- Civil/materials/conservation/heritage-related qualification preferred.
Required skills
- Lime mortar formulation.
- Lime concrete formulation.
- Raw-material specification.
- Trial mix testing.
- Quality monitoring and record-keeping.
