Legal Litigation Specialist – Litigation & Contract Management

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Legal Litigation Specialist to manage a broad spectrum of litigation matters, coordinate with external counsel, and oversee contract management across the organization. The role requires deep knowledge of customs law, consumer, IPR, property and recovery litigation, and the ability to provide timely legal advice on manufacturing and sales issues.

Key responsibilities

• Handle litigation cases including consumer, IPR, property, and recovery matters.
• Coordinate and liaise with external lawyers and law firms.
• Manage case reporting, track progress, and gather feedback from business teams.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts in line with corporate policies.
• Provide legal opinions on customs regulations, DRI investigations, and day‑to‑day operational issues.
• Travel on short notice and be prepared to relocate anywhere in India as required.

Required profile

• Self‑motivated professional willing to take on additional responsibilities.
• Fluent in English and the local Indian language.
• Hard‑working, flexible, and able to travel or relocate at short notice.
• Experience in customs litigation and consumer litigation is essential.
