Legal Executive – SaaS Contracts (Night Shift)

About the role

Infojini Consulting is looking for a proactive Legal Executive to join its Thane office. You will work night‑shift hours aligned with US time zones, supporting global business operations by drafting, reviewing, and negotiating SaaS and commercial contracts.

Key responsibilities

• Draft, review and negotiate SaaS agreements, Master Service Agreements, Statements of Work, NDAs and other commercial contracts.
• Ensure contracts comply with applicable laws, company policies and business requirements.
• Identify legal risks and propose practical mitigation solutions.
• Collaborate with sales, finance and operations teams to address contract‑related queries.
• Maintain a contract repository with proper version control and documentation.
• Assist with legal research and compliance activities.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Law (LLB); LLM preferred.
• 1–4 years of experience in contract drafting and review, especially SaaS and service agreements.
• Strong understanding of contract law and commercial terms.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work night‑shift (US time zones).
