About the role
Trilegal is seeking an Associate in its Capital Markets practice in Mumbai. The role involves advising a diverse client base on a range of capital market transactions.
Key responsibilities
- Advising clients on initial public offerings (IPOs).
- Handling rights issues and qualified institutions placements.
- Structuring domestic and foreign bond issuances.
- Managing public debt issues.
- Facilitating global depository receipts.
- Executing other capital markets transactions.
Required profile
- Qualified lawyer enrolled with the Bar Council of India.
- 1 to 6 years of post‑qualification experience in capital markets.
