Legal Executive

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Legal Executive to support our commercial and corporate legal activities. You will work closely with internal teams and external partners to ensure contracts are accurate, compliant, and aligned with business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Review and negotiate SaaS subscription agreements, master services agreements, order forms, statements of work and non‑disclosure agreements with customers.
• Participate in legal calls with customers to discuss and finalize key contractual terms.
• Conduct vendor contract reviews and negotiate terms, focusing on privacy and data protection clauses.
• Maintain and update the contract repository and contract management tool.
• Assist with company secretarial duties and corporate compliance activities.

Required profile

• LLB degree with 1–3 years of relevant legal experience.
• Qualified Chartered Secretary (CS) with strong contract experience is preferred.
• Excellent attention to detail and strong analytical skills.

Required skills

• Contract drafting and negotiation.
• Knowledge of SaaS and technology‑related agreements.
• Understanding of privacy and data protection requirements.
• Proficiency with contract management tools.
