About the role
We are seeking a Legal Counsel to join our in‑house team in Mumbai. The role focuses on land and real‑estate matters, handling transactions and civil litigation for the company.
Key responsibilities
- Conduct land and title due diligence for acquisitions.
- Prepare and review real‑estate documentation.
- Manage dispute resolution and civil litigation related to property.
- Coordinate with plant and project sites, including travel as required.
Required profile
- 4–6 years of experience in land & real‑estate law, transactions, and civil litigation.
- Qualified legal professional with strong analytical abilities.
- Willingness to work on‑site in Mumbai and travel to project locations.
