Legal Counsel – Global

About the role

This position is a key member of Check Point Software Technologies’ legal team, supporting global operations. The Legal Counsel will draft, review and negotiate a wide range of commercial agreements while working closely with sales, marketing, procurement and HR stakeholders in a fast‑paced international environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the entire contracting cycle for sales, procurement and other commercial agreements.
• Negotiate and administer both standard form agreements and complex, customer‑specific contracts, including direct negotiations with distributors, partners and vendors.
• Collaborate with local business leaders to provide practical legal advice on risks across sales, purchasing, HR, product, corporate matters and dispute resolution.

Required profile

• Qualified and licensed lawyer with at least 4 years of relevant legal experience.
• Strong familiarity with standard contract terms for the sale of products and software.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Remote‑based role with no location constraints.
• Working knowledge of MS Word and Excel.
• Demonstrated strength in contract drafting, development and negotiation.
• Prior experience advising technology companies and exposure to multiple global jurisdictions is an advantage.
