Legal Consultant – Night Shift (US Litigation)

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Consultant to work night‑shift hours aligned with U.S. business times. The role involves providing high‑quality litigation support to U.S.-based clients from our Koramangala office.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive legal research using Westlaw and LexisNexis.
• Draft and review complaints, motions, interrogatories, briefs, pleadings, discovery documents, and other litigation materials.
• Analyze case facts, statutes, regulations, and case law to support litigation strategy.
• Review legal documents for accuracy, completeness, and consistency before client submission.
• Communicate effectively with U.S. clients to understand requirements, instructions, and deadlines.
• Manage multiple assignments simultaneously while ensuring timely, high‑quality delivery.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices.

Required profile

• 2–3+ years of relevant legal experience, preferably in U.S. litigation or legal process outsourcing.
• LLB or LLM qualification.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. litigation procedures and legal terminology.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work independently under pressure and meet strict deadlines.
• Willingness to work night‑shift hours (7:30 PM – 5:30 AM).
