Legal Advocate - Real Estate

About the role

We are seeking an experienced Legal Advocate with strong real‑estate expertise to manage all legal aspects of property transactions, land acquisition, documentation, due diligence, agreements and regulatory compliance for our organization.

Key responsibilities

• Handle all real‑estate legal matters and provide legal opinions to management.
• Conduct legal due diligence of land and property documents, verifying title deeds, sale deeds, encumbrance certificates, RTC, conversion orders and approvals.
• Draft, review and negotiate sale agreements, sale deeds, joint development agreements, development agreements, lease agreements, MOUs, POAs and other legal documents.
• Manage property‑related litigation, disputes, notices and court matters, coordinating with external advocates, consultants, government authorities and registration offices.
• Ensure compliance with RERA, land, property and registration laws and assist in land acquisition and property registration processes.
• Identify legal risks in real‑estate transactions and recommend appropriate solutions while maintaining proper records of legal documents, cases and agreements.

Required profile

• LLB from a recognized institution and valid enrollment with the Bar Council.
• Minimum 2–15 years of relevant experience in real‑estate law.
• Strong knowledge of RERA, land laws, property laws, registration laws and real‑estate documentation.
• Excellent drafting, negotiation, analytical and communication skills.
• Experience in handling property disputes and litigation is an added advantage.
