Learning Coordinator

About the role

The Learning Coordinator joins PepsiCo's Learning Operations Team, a strategic partner that supports the global learning function. You will design, configure, test and deploy end‑user training in the company’s SuccessFactors LMS, ensuring a seamless learner experience worldwide.

Key responsibilities

• Administer the SuccessFactors LMS, including course enrollment, catalog maintenance, calendar uploads and online assessments.
• Monitor LMS enrollments, assign courses, and update attendance for classroom and virtual sessions.
• Handle tier‑1 queries from stakeholders and employees, providing timely support.
• Coordinate training registration, send invitations and reminders, and manage attendee lists.
• Collect and analyse training feedback, generate reports and share insights with market learning leads.
• Produce ad‑hoc analytics and reports on training needs and LMS usage.
• Collaborate with L&D teams across geographies and support process improvement initiatives.

Required profile

• 6 months to 2 years of professional experience with Learning Management Systems or HR systems.
• University degree or equivalent education.
• Experience working across multiple countries or sectors is a plus.
• Familiarity with HR technologies and digital learning tools.
