About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Lead Technology Risk Management Analyst to steer compliance and regulatory initiatives for its AI & Decision Product Enablement Program in India. The role sits at the intersection of technology, regulation, and operational excellence, supporting secure and intelligent payment decisions.

Key responsibilities

• Provide control, compliance, and regulatory guidance to developers, architects, and project managers.
• Interpret and operationalize evolving regulatory requirements, including RBI (PSS, IDL), DPDP Act, privacy, and broader data regulations.
• Assist in designing and implementing preventative and detective controls within the first‑line environment.
• Collaborate closely with US‑based counterparts to continuously mature the global control program.
• Drive proactive readiness for control testing and audit activities.

• Experience in auditing and regulatory compliance, particularly within the Indian financial sector.
