About the role
The company is seeking a Lab Incharge to oversee daily laboratory operations at its foundry plant in Bhilai. The role involves managing staff, ensuring safety, and maintaining high testing accuracy.
Key responsibilities
- Direct daily lab workflows, sample processing, and testing schedules to achieve efficient operations.
- Ensure all tests comply with strict quality and safety standards and maintain accurate documentation.
- Supervise equipment calibration, inventory management, and validation of test results.
- Lead staff training, performance monitoring, and adherence to regulatory requirements.
Required profile
- 3 to 5 years of experience in laboratory management or a similar supervisory role.
- Proven ability to manage laboratory staff and coordinate multiple testing activities.
- Strong understanding of quality control, compliance, and safety protocols in an industrial setting.
