About the role

The KST Executive supports banquet and kitchen operations at a Marriott hotel in Jaipur, ensuring efficient clean‑up, stock management and guest service. The role combines hands‑on stewardship with supervisory duties to maintain high standards of hygiene and hospitality.

Key responsibilities

• Direct and assist stewards to optimise clean‑up processes.
• Monitor and document water temperature and chemical levels for cleaning.
• Assist with banquet plate‑ups, support cooks, and provide necessary items.
• Transport and stock banquet and buffet supplies, returning cleaned items to proper locations.
• Operate and maintain cleaning equipment such as dish‑washing machines, hand‑wash stations, pot‑scrubbing stations and trash compactors.
• Support management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating and coaching staff.
• Follow safety and security policies, report incidents and complete required certifications.
• Maintain professional appearance, welcome guests and address service needs.
• Perform physical tasks including lifting up to 50 lb, standing for extended periods and moving on varied surfaces.

Required profile

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related hospitality or food‑and‑beverage experience.
• At least 1 year of supervisory experience.
• No specific license or certification required.

• Operating dish‑washing machines and other cleaning equipment.
• Maintaining cleaning tools and equipment.
• Monitoring water temperature and chemical levels for sanitation.
