About the role

Bombay Snacks is looking for enthusiastic Kitchen Staff to join its Surat location. This full‑time, on‑site position involves preparing and cooking menu items according to standard recipes while maintaining a clean and safe kitchen environment.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare ingredients, cook dishes, and plate meals following established recipes.
• Maintain hygiene and cleanliness in all food preparation areas.
• Follow food safety and sanitation procedures consistently.
• Assist with inventory tasks such as stocking ingredients and organizing supplies.
• Coordinate with serving staff to ensure timely order processing.
• Support a smooth, efficient kitchen operation during peak periods.

Required profile

• Strong food preparation and cooking abilities with attention to consistency and quality.
• Solid understanding of hygiene and basic food safety practices.
• Effective communication skills to work well with team members.
• Previous experience in a restaurant kitchen or food‑service environment is a plus.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and thrive in a fast‑paced setting.
• Willingness to work flexible hours, including weekends and peak times.
