About the role

We are seeking a skilled Tandoor Chef to join our fast‑paced kitchen team at Bollywood Biryani Company. The successful candidate will be responsible for preparing authentic tandoor‑cooked dishes while maintaining high standards of quality, speed, and hygiene.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and cook Tandoori Naan, Kebabs, Tikkas and grilled items to order.
• Manage marinades, seasoning blends, and temperature controls for consistent results.
• Handle high‑volume service periods while ensuring food quality and timely delivery.
• Maintain a clean and organized work station, adhering to kitchen hygiene protocols.

Required profile

• Proven experience working in a high‑volume Indian or tandoor‑focused kitchen.
• Strong knowledge of traditional Indian marinades and spice blends.
• Ability to work efficiently under pressure and maintain attention to detail.
• Commitment to cleanliness and food safety standards.

Required skills

• Expertise in cooking Tandoori Naan, Kebabs, Tikkas and Grills.
• Knowledge of marinades and temperature control techniques.
• Experience with high‑volume kitchen operations.
• Understanding of kitchen hygiene and sanitation practices.
