Trainee Housekeeping Room Associate

About the role

We are looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our housekeeping team as Trainee Housekeeping Room Associates at Della Resorts. This entry‑level position offers hands‑on experience in maintaining guest rooms and public areas to luxury standards.

Key responsibilities

• Clean and maintain guest rooms, bathrooms, corridors and assigned housekeeping areas following Della Resorts standards.
• Perform bed‑making, dusting, vacuuming, mopping and replenish room amenities.
• Maintain cleanliness of public areas and assist with special cleaning requirements.
• Report maintenance issues, damages or missing items to the Housekeeping Supervisor.
• Follow hygiene, safety and guest‑service standards at all times.
• Support the housekeeping team in delivering a clean, luxurious and guest‑ready environment.

Required profile

• Freshers or candidates with relevant housekeeping experience.
• Hotel Management or Hospitality qualification preferred.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a luxury resort environment.
• Positive attitude, proper grooming and ability to work as part of a team.
