About the role
Royal Arabian is hiring a Junior Tour Executive in Mangalore, Karnataka, on a full-time basis. The role prepares quotations for travel-agent partners, follows them through to confirmed bookings and supports the team that looks after guests on the ground.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare competitive quotations according to each agent's requirements.
- Follow up on quotations, identify positive leads and keep the follow-ups going.
- Escalate price matches to seniors so they are converted into bookings.
- Maintain the daily booking tracker with accurate, up-to-date information.
- Ensure final feedback is received from agents and guests.
- Support the customer team in resolving on-ground issues.
- Work on winning new accounts in the respective markets.
- Take an active part in training and development programmes.
Required profile
- Freshers are welcome.
- Good English.
- Strong analytical skills.
