Inside Sales Representative - Cybersecurity

About the role

Know-All-Edge Networks is looking for Inside Sales Representatives to generate leads for its sales team so that Cybersecurity solutions (NGFW, endpoint security, backup solutions, servers, storage and related services) can be sold by telephone and/or email. The role works alongside the existing Business Development team and involves outbound calls focused on building buying relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Cold call to establish new business and develop buying relationships.
• Prospect qualification, lead generation and appointment setting for the sales team.
• Prepare commercial proposals.
• Explore client needs and identify sales opportunities.
• Understand the negotiating interests of both the company and the client, showing strong technical knowledge.
• Follow up thoroughly on each client commitment, prospecting, qualifying and developing profitable new account relationships.
• Build and use a CRM and data-mining tool for database creation.
• Maintain knowledge of leading industry trends in security, networking, infrastructure and availability.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 3-4 years of proven experience generating leads for cybersecurity solutions and/or services by phone and/or email.
• Strong motivation for cold calling, asking probing questions and gathering information.
• English, Malayalam and Hindi.
