Junior & Senior Architects and Interior Designer – Goa

About the role

G & A is expanding its Goa studio and is looking for talented design professionals to join a collaborative, design‑forward environment. We have openings for Junior Architects, Senior Architects and Interior Designers to work on a diverse portfolio of architecture and interior projects from concept through execution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and refine architectural concepts, presentation drawings and detailed working drawings.
• Participate in all project phases, from design development to site execution.
• Coordinate with internal teams, consultants and vendors to ensure design intent is maintained.
• Conduct site visits to monitor progress, quality and compliance with design specifications.
• Support or lead project documentation, client communications and approval processes according to seniority.

Required profile

• Junior Architect: 0–5 years of experience, Bachelor’s in Architecture, strong design sensibility.
• Senior Architect: 5+ years of experience, proven project leadership, Bachelor’s (M.Arch candidates welcome).
• Interior Designer: 2+ years of experience in residential or luxury interiors, Bachelor’s in Interior Design or Architecture.

Required skills

• Proficiency in AutoCAD.
• Proficiency in SketchUp.
• Experience with visualization/rendering tools.
