About the role
Right Minds Legal LLP is seeking a Junior Associate to support its litigation team in Jaipur. The role offers an opportunity to work on a variety of civil and intellectual property cases, gaining hands‑on experience under senior counsel.
Key responsibilities
- Assist senior lawyers in preparing pleadings, motions, and other court documents.
- Conduct legal research on litigation and intellectual property matters.
- Manage case files, evidence, and correspondence.
- Attend court hearings and support advocacy efforts.
- Draft briefs, opinions, and client communications.
Required profile
- LLB or 5‑year integrated LLB graduate.
- Completed internship in litigation and/or intellectual property rights.
- Enrolled with the Bar Council of India or eligible for enrollment.
- Strong academic record and interest in courtroom practice.
Required skills
- Legal research and drafting.
- Understanding of litigation procedures and IPR law.
