About the role

This is an operational position reporting directly to a supervisor, focused on day‑to‑day network operations support for Tata Communications' India operations. The role is ideal for recent graduates looking to start a career in telecom network services.

Key responsibilities

Maintain and administer network tools and equipment.
Assist with and implement installations as required.
Maintain daily site activities and routines.
Ensure Service Level Agreements (SLAs) are achieved and work proactively to sustain performance.
