IT Recruiter – Full Cycle & High Volume (Remote)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced IT Recruiter to own the full‑cycle hiring process for our technology clients. You will work remotely, partnering with account managers and hiring teams to source, assess, and place high‑quality IT professionals on contract assignments.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for IT contract roles, from requisition intake to offer delivery.
• Source and engage candidates through job boards, social media, and AI‑driven tools such as Sense messaging.
• Conduct client intake meetings to define qualification criteria and align on candidate requirements.
• Screen resumes, interview candidates, and present shortlists of qualified talent.
• Build and maintain talent pipelines for future opportunities.
• Publish job advertisements on career sites, job boards, and social platforms.
• Prepare candidates for client interviews and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Submit 8‑10 qualified resources per week for client approval.
• Collaborate daily with the recruiting team to prioritize hot requisitions.

Required profile

• Proven experience in agency IT contract staffing, with knowledge of W2 requirements.
• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection and a suitable work‑from‑home environment.
