IT Administrator

About the role

We are looking for a proactive IT Administrator to manage and enhance the digital infrastructure of Wisdom Wood High School in Bengaluru. The role involves overseeing hardware, software, network services and ensuring a seamless technology experience for staff and students.

Key responsibilities

• Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software and network issues across the campus.
• Maintain IT assets, licensing, backup systems and school connectivity, including Wi‑Fi, printers, firewalls and CCTV.
• Configure, secure and manage Android and iOS devices using Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions.
• Administer the full Google Workspace suite (Gmail, Drive, Classroom, Calendar, Meet, Docs, Sheets, Slides, Forms, etc.), manage users, groups and permissions.
• Extract data with Google BigQuery and build dynamic dashboards in Looker Studio for reporting and decision‑making.
• Create user manuals, SOPs and conduct regular training sessions on tools, security and digital best practices.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in IT administration or technical support, preferably in an academic environment.
• Strong problem‑solving, organizational and communication abilities.

Required skills

• Google Workspace administration (Admin Console and all Waffle apps).
• Google BigQuery and Looker Studio.
• Mobile Device Management (MDM) solutions for Android and iOS.
• Scripting knowledge (Python, Shell).
• Fundamentals of networking and cloud tools.
