International Patient Medical Counsellor (French/English)

About the role

We are looking for an International Patient Medical Counsellor who will support French‑speaking patients and their families throughout their medical journey, from initial inquiry to hospital admission. The role is based in our Gurgaon office and requires fluency in French and English.

Key responsibilities

• Engage with international patient leads via WhatsApp and calls, building trust and understanding their medical condition.
• Present suitable doctor and hospital treatment options aligned with the patient’s case and budget.
• Schedule consultations and assist patients/families in decision‑making.
• Coordinate visa invitation letters, visa applications, hotel arrangements, airport pickups and arrival logistics.
• Ensure smooth hospital admission and monitor treatment progress.
• Maintain accurate lead updates and communication logs in Zoho CRM.
• Achieve monthly targets for follow‑ups, consultations and conversions.

Required profile

• Graduate degree in any discipline.
• Fluent in French and English.
• Strong computer skills.
• Experience in international patient handling, healthcare, medical facilitation or medical travel (preferred).
• Excellent communication, empathetic and confident counselling abilities.
• Ability to work in a performance‑driven, target‑oriented environment.
• Strong follow‑up discipline and multitasking skills.
