Internal Auditor

About the role

We are seeking a full‑time Internal Auditor to join our team in Nagpur. You will be responsible for conducting comprehensive audits of financial records, operational processes, and compliance procedures to ensure accuracy, integrity, and adherence to company policies and regulatory standards.

Key responsibilities

• Perform regular audits of financial statements, operational workflows, and compliance documentation.
• Review and test internal controls, identify risks, and recommend practical improvements.
• Prepare clear audit reports and follow up on action plans with relevant stakeholders.
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and management teams to support effective governance.
• Develop and refine audit frameworks and support periodic risk assessments.
• Contribute to continuous process improvement across the organization.

Required profile

• Strong experience in internal auditing, risk assessment, and internal control evaluation.
• Proficiency in financial analysis, accounting principles, and record reconciliation.
• Experience reviewing compliance, interpreting policies, and handling regulatory documentation.
• Ability to write detailed audit reports, interpret data, and present findings to stakeholders.
• Problem‑solving, critical thinking, and process‑improvement mindset.
• Relevant experience in auditing, finance, or accounting, preferably within manufacturing, export, or FMCG sectors.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Commerce, or related field; professional certifications (CIA, CA, etc.) are a plus.
• Proficient with audit software and standard office tools such as spreadsheets and data‑analysis applications.
• High ethical standards, strong attention to detail, and ability to work independently and within cross‑functional teams.
