Institutional Sales Representative

About the role

We are looking for an Institutional Sales Representative to build and manage B2B partnerships with colleges, universities and training institutes. Based in Bhopal, you will work at the intersection of education and sales, helping YungUnitee connect students with global education opportunities.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and approach new institutional partners across India and internationally.
• Conduct campus visits, seminars, workshops and presentations to promote YungUnitee programmes.
• Generate leads, negotiate partnership agreements and drive enrolment conversions.
• Maintain and update the sales pipeline, achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth onboarding of partners.

Required profile

• 0–2 years of experience in B2B, institutional or EdTech sales.
• Graduation degree required.
• Strong communication, presentation and negotiation abilities.
• Willingness to travel for meetings and campus visits.
• Target‑driven, confident and self‑motivated.
