About the role

We are seeking an energetic Inside Sales Representative to join Tibarumal Gems & Jewels in Banjara Hills, Hyderabad. The role focuses on engaging customers, understanding their jewellery preferences, and driving sales in a showroom environment.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome customers, assess their needs and preferences, and provide clear product explanations.
• Recommend suitable jewellery pieces and achieve daily, monthly, and annual sales targets.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing customers to generate repeat business.
• Address customer queries, resolve concerns professionally, and ensure a positive showroom atmosphere.
• Stay informed about product ranges, promotions, and market trends.
• Collaborate with the sales team to maximize sales opportunities.

Required profile

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Positive attitude, self‑motivated and energetic.
• Strong convincing and negotiation abilities.
• Customer‑oriented and target‑driven mindset.
• Previous experience in sales, retail, showroom or jewellery sales is advantageous; freshers with the right attitude are welcome.
