Inside Sales Executive - Spanish

About the role

Ripik.AI is seeking a proactive Inside Sales Executive who will focus on the LATAM market and promote its AI‑driven vision platform to manufacturing companies. You will act as the first point of contact, introducing complex AI solutions in a clear, compelling way and helping prospects move toward product demos.

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to manufacturing firms in the LATAM region to present Ripik’s AI solutions.
• Identify and engage key stakeholders such as Plant Heads, Operations Managers, Supply Chain Heads, Production Managers, CIOs, and CTOs.
• Articulate the value proposition of the platform in a simple and confident manner.
• Schedule product demonstrations and discovery calls for the sales and solutioning teams.
• Follow up on warm leads, nurturing them through email and phone communication.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to refine messaging and targeting.

Required profile

• 1–4 years of experience in inside sales, telecalling, lead generation, or business development.
• Fluent verbal and reading Spanish.
• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in SaaS, IT services, AI, or enterprise solutions.
• Strong spoken English with a neutral or international accent.
• Excellent communication, persuasion, and objection‑handling abilities.
• Ability to explain technical products in business‑friendly terms.
