In-Store Leader

About the role

Apple Retail is looking for an In‑Store Leader to drive an exceptional customer experience and achieve business goals. You will lead a diverse team, foster an inclusive culture, and ensure the store operates at the highest standards of performance and service.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, coach and develop a high‑performing team that identifies customer needs and delivers outstanding interactions.
• Recruit, train, retain and grow a diverse workforce aligned with Apple’s values.
• Participate in floor leadership, remove operational obstacles, and continuously improve the customer experience.
• Define and execute the store’s operational strategy to meet Apple’s business priorities and performance targets.
• Create and manage store scheduling in line with program guidelines and business demands.
• Analyze business data to support Apple Retail’s vision and make data‑driven decisions.
• Monitor team and customer sentiment, address opportunities, and celebrate successes.
• Uphold Apple policies, protect company assets and maintain confidentiality.

Required profile

• Availability to work flexible schedules, including nights, weekends and public holidays.
• Proficiency in the local language, both written and spoken.
• 5+ years of leadership experience in retail, sales or a related field.
