Human Resources Manager

About the role

The Human Resources Manager will partner with the organization to drive strategic HR initiatives and ensure the effective delivery of all HR functions. This role supports the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities, including planning, implementing, and evaluating HR policies, programs, and practices, while collaborating with leadership on strategic initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, and onboard new hires across all departments.
• Conduct performance management cycles, provide constructive feedback, and support employee development.
• Administer payroll processing and manage employee benefits programs.
• Plan, implement, and evaluate HR policies, programs, and practices to continuously improve the employee experience.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in Human Resources.
• Proven track record in recruiting and improving talent acquisition strategies.
• Demonstrated ability to train managers and employees.
• Strong organizational, critical‑thinking and communication abilities.
• High attention to detail and sound judgment.
