IT Recruiter – Full‑Time, Jaipur

About the role

We are seeking a motivated IT Recruiter to join our recruitment team in Jaipur. The role involves sourcing, screening, coordinating interviews and managing candidate follow‑up for various IT positions.

Key responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, Indeed, job portals and references.
• Screen candidates based on skills, experience, communication and role requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic interviews and coordinate interview schedules between candidates and clients.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers while achieving daily and monthly targets.

Required profile

• 3 months to 1 year of experience in recruitment or HR internship.
• Immediate joiners preferred and candidates based in Jaipur.
• Willingness to work from the office in Malviya Nagar, Jaipur.

Required skills

• Good communication skills.
• Basic understanding of IT roles and recruitment processes.
• Experience sourcing through Naukri/Resdex, LinkedIn, Indeed or other job portals.
• Strong sourcing, screening, follow‑up and coordination abilities.
