About the role
You will lead the Human Resources function at Grand Hyatt Kochi, ensuring alignment with Hyatt International's corporate strategies and brand standards while meeting the expectations of employees, guests, and owners.
Key responsibilities
- Oversee the efficient operation of the Personnel Department in line with Hyatt brand standards.
- Assist the Director of Human Resources in implementing Hyatt's People Philosophy throughout the hotel.
- Manage HR processes, policies, and employee relations to support a high‑performing workforce.
- Ensure compliance with local labour regulations and corporate HR guidelines.
- Drive employee engagement initiatives and support talent development.
Required profile
- University degree or diploma in HRM/HRD or Hospitality/Tourism management.
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Human Resources Manager or Personnel Manager in a larger operation.
- Strong problem‑solving, administrative and interpersonal abilities.
