Human Resources Executive

About the role

ERC Lens is seeking a full‑time Human Resources Executive to join its mission‑driven team in Guwahati. You will be responsible for overseeing daily HR operations, ensuring smooth recruitment, onboarding, and performance management while fostering an inclusive workplace.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation.
• Support recruitment processes, from job posting to candidate selection.
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new hires.
• Manage performance appraisal cycles and employee development initiatives.
• Handle employee relations issues, including conflict resolution and grievance handling.
• Develop, update, and communicate HR policies in line with legal requirements.
• Ensure compliance with local labor regulations.
• Collaborate with leadership on workforce planning and organizational development.

Required profile

• Proven experience in HR operations, workforce planning, and talent management.
• Strong background in employee relations and conflict resolution.
• Experience drafting and implementing HR policies.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
• Excellent communication, attention to detail, and ability to handle confidential information.
• Familiarity with Indian labor laws and experience in healthcare or social‑impact sectors is a plus.

Required skills

• HRIS (Human Resources Information System) proficiency.
