Director of People & Culture

About the role

The Director of People & Culture will lead the HR function for Radisson Hotel Group, shaping a people‑first culture that drives exceptional guest experiences. You will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that attract, retain and develop talent across the hotel portfolio.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all People & Culture activities, ensuring smooth operation of HR processes and alignment with business goals.
• Develop and implement talent acquisition, onboarding, training, performance management and succession planning programs.
• Manage the People & Culture budget, compensation structures and employee development plans.
• Facilitate regular performance reviews, employee evaluations and audits to ensure compliance with legislation.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, business partners and external agencies.
• Promote a culture of growth, development and high performance throughout the hotel network.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of experience in Human Resources or People & Culture, preferably within the hospitality sector.
• Proven track record in problem‑solving, strategic planning and leading HR initiatives.
• Hands‑on leadership style with the ability to lead by example.
• Strong personal integrity and the ability to work in a fast‑paced, demanding environment.
• Excellent communication skills and the ability to influence at all organisational levels.
