Human Resources Executive

About the role

Coitonic, a fast‑growing activewear brand in India, is looking for a motivated Human Resources Executive to lead recruitment, onboarding, compliance and employee engagement initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing and onboarding.
• Handle employee documentation, attendance, leave records and coordinate payroll.
• Implement and monitor HR policies and procedures aligned with company values and legal compliance.
• Support performance appraisal cycles and employee development programs.
• Maintain employee records and generate HR MIS reports.
• Coordinate employee engagement activities and manage grievance resolution.
• Ensure statutory compliance with ESIC, PF and other labour laws.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.
• 1–3 years of proven HR experience, preferably in a startup or fashion/e‑commerce environment.
• Strong knowledge of HR practices, labour laws and HRMS tools.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and organisational abilities.
• Proficiency in MS Office/Excel and Google Workspace.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, growing environment.
