About the role
We are seeking 10 engineering recruiters with prior experience in US staffing. This is a full‑time permanent position based in Gurugram offering hybrid or remote work flexibility.
Required profile
- 2–5 years of experience as a junior to mid‑level US engineering or non‑IT recruiter.
- Bachelor’s degree.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook).
Required skills
- Experience sourcing and hiring for roles such as Automotive Quality Engineer, HIL Engineer, Validation & Verification Engineer, Embedded Engineer, Firmware Engineer, Robotics Engineer, Mechatronics Engineer, PCB Designer.
- Proficient with job boards like Monster, Indeed, CareerBuilder, Dice.
- Knowledge of US work permits and visas (F‑1 OPT, CPT, STEM EAD, TN, H‑1B).
