HR Recruiter (Recruitment Agency Experience)

About the role

We are looking for an HR Recruiter with hands‑on recruitment experience gained specifically within a recruitment consultancy, staffing firm, or recruitment agency. The role is based in Viman Nagar, Pune and focuses on end‑to‑end hiring for multiple client positions.

Key responsibilities

• Handle end‑to‑end recruitment for assigned positions, from sourcing to offer.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, references and other channels.
• Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial interviews and assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients and follow up throughout the hiring process.
• Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers while meeting hiring targets.

Required profile

• Minimum 6 months to 2 years of experience as an HR Recruiter in a recruitment consultancy or agency.
• Proven ability to manage end‑to‑end recruitment and candidate sourcing.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills in a target‑driven, fast‑paced environment.
• Graduate degree preferred.
