HR Manager – Hospital (Raipur, Chhattisgarh)

About the role

The hospital is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead its human resources function. This full‑time position is based in Raipur, Chhattisgarh, within a 100‑bedded NABH‑accredited super‑speciality and 24/7 trauma medical centre. The successful candidate will play a strategic role in building a motivated workforce and ensuring staffing levels meet the demands of a busy trauma centre.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee all HR activities, including recruitment, onboarding, payroll and employee relations.
• Ensure compliance with labour laws and hospital policies.
• Develop and implement HR policies that support a high‑quality patient‑care environment.
• Coordinate training and development programmes for medical and support staff.
• Manage employee performance appraisal processes and handle grievance and disciplinary actions.
• Collaborate with department heads for workforce planning and staffing optimisation.
• Maintain accurate HR records and reporting.

Required profile

• Graduation degree (mandatory).
• Prior experience as an HR professional in a hospital setting is preferred.
• Preference for local candidates from Chhattisgarh.
• Ability to work the duty hours of 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Strong knowledge of HR best practices in healthcare.
